Cleaning
MMA is considered to be a low maintenance flooring solution; however, certain textures and service environments require specific procedures.
Curing
Our MMA coating will cure in 45-60 minutes. The floor is fully functional one hour after completed application.
Using methyl methacrylate (MMA) technology floor solutions are fully operational just 60 minutes after application, delivering unrivalled installation and cure times as well as an eye-catching finish.
What’s more, offering excellent chemical, wear and slip resistance, MMA is also suited to the food processing, mechanical, chemical and electronic goods industries where its seamless, durable finish stands up to the service conditions of these demanding areas.
Methyl Methacrylate Flooring Systems
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) Systems are rapid curing (1-2 hours) and can be applied and will cure at temperatures as low as -20º F. These systems resist cracking and are best suited for projects requiring very rapid installation and cure time, including pharaceutical facilities, food processing facilities, coolers/freezers, exterior decks, and numerous other applications.
